What Would You Do?

Nae's Nest —  April 25, 2013 — 7 Comments

What would you do, if you knew, you had a year to live?

Or maybe 6 months? Would it matter how long?

Would you gather you loved ones,  Would you tell them you love them?  Would you take a trip to a far away land?

What if you are too sick and unable to leave bed?.  What would you do then?

I chose to write. I chose to publish some books.

I would like to finish a novel, will I have time?

So many questions, so many things.  Why did I wait until I am about to die?

I find myself "Dancing With Cancer", problem is...I can't dance. I stumble, bumble, and get pulled along. To keep my sanity, (humor me), I write short stories, a journal, musings and poetry....just about anything goes.

That is a very tough question especially for someone not facing a life death situation……I’m sorry you are though.

    Dear Nae,
What matters is that you are doing it right now, while you still can, and everything you write is a gift to the world, but especially to your children.

Dear Nae, I am just returning the favor that you do for all of us. Sometimes your posts are fun facts that make us smile or scratch our heads. Sometimes they are intriguing, and we learn something new. Most often they are uplifting, thoughtful, and thought-provoking. Always they are heartfelt.
