Wanted

There is a kitten somewhere out there

She is hungry and alone

She’s looking for me

I would gladly keep her

If she wanted,

I play with her every day and

Quickly fill up a basket of toys

All just for her

I know she needs me

I feel her calling

She has been weaned from her mama

The last to go

But the male owner does not like her

He wanted all males

I need to find him before he hurts her

I am scared of what he may do

She is calling out to me

For a reason

What do I do

How do I find her?
