Light Attack!

I know the color of fear

He attacked me today

It is white.

So white it burns the eyes.

It is the most incredible shocking find

I could not move, paralyzed by the vision

I expected darkness, or black!

Somehow white is scarier

A surprise attack

So white, unable to see

A winter white-out

At 100 degrees

I can feel my retinas

Burning to my lens

I smell the singe

A white so bright it is darker than the darkest night

Darkness is cool, it does not burn.

It is peaceful, a deep sleep

Dark green fuzz growing on large oak trees

White makes a sound.  Designed to torture

Electric shock

A human fly scorcher

To be heard all day and all night long

The sound of fear

Harmful and wrong

So handsome, smart and kind

The light is slick and smooth

Hiding in a cloak of Angelic robes

The devil in pure snow white

Full of energy and spite

Putting off vibes

So conflicting

Take me away

Take me away

He is much too

I find myself "Dancing With Cancer", problem is...I can't dance. I stumble, bumble, and get pulled along. To keep my sanity, (humor me), I write short stories, a journal, musings and poetry....just about anything goes.
